Today I made oven-warmed Dutch waffles (stroopwafels) and fried bananas in sugar, with vanilla whipped cream. An Angelf remix from Jamie Oliver's recipe! It was a complete and utter success! I will always remember M's smile when he saw the small plate and the look on his face and wide eyes when he took the first bite! Priceless. "You should open a restaurant!" and "Stop taking pictures, eat it, it's really good!!!" Awww

So far I've been making my broken-ankled, green-eyed boy the following:

- The Ultimate Chicken Rice, M-style!
- Vegetarian pasta in tomato cream sauce
- Vegetarian pasta in tomato cream sauce v.2 (with bratwurst hahaha, M gets angry when there is no meat in a dish)
- Farmer's omelettes with potatoes
- Red lentil soup with vegetables and potatoes
- Red lentil soup with vegetables and poatoes v.2 (with ham)
- Dutch coffee in Chocomel teacups, 3 times a day (or more)
